30-Day Return Window
At Nubia, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Check your order upon arrival.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at nubiahelp@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to start a return first.
After your return is approved, place a separate order for the item you want.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
